| Quality Control Measures |
On the initial set up, the following is checked from a sample piece on the Optical Comparator.
- Fin O.D.
- Root Diameter
- Fin Height
- Fins Per Inch
- Wall under Fin

In production, every 10th tube produced gets the following checked with calipers, mics, and tape measures.
- Fin O.D.
- Root Diameter
- Fin Height
- Fin Lengths
- Overall Tube Length
- Bare-end Lengths
|

All production checks are documented on trend charts.
- All Fin Products are Air Underwater Tested to 250 psi.
- All Carbon Products are Oil Dipped to keep the tubes from rusting.
- We use SAP (Shop floor Reporting) at all locations in the manufacturing facility. All Customer requirements are handed down from Sales through the computer system.
